2013 Monster Energy MX Nationals Championship
Rd1 – Sunday 14 April – Raymond Terrace, NSW
“Raced the first round of MX Nationals in the MXD class last weekend. I had a pretty good weekend with mixed results. Race one I got off to a bad start, than had a small crash, but managed to pass a few and work my way through the pack to finish 22nd. Race two was a lot better I had a great start and fought the whole race to finish12th. With these results I was placed 14th after round one and pretty excited with my performance. I would like to say a big thank you to Powerplus Racing Fuels and Martin for there support.”
– Meghan’s Race Report
Another great day weather wise, excellent track layout with plenty of really good viewing areas and shade around, no wonder there was a big crowd.
I went and saw Meghan Rutledge to wish her good luck for her first race of the year in Australia. The new bike looks good and hopefully she will have a good year ahead.
Then I went off to hand out flyers and spread word about Powerplus 99. I was also pleased to hear a lot more racers have heard of us now and are considering trying it. Even better was there is a good number of racers already using it and very happy with the results.
Well done to Meghan who came 14th against a field of men.
