This is Brad I am one of the pit crew for the Focused Solutions drag team sorry for the late update on what we have been up to.
The final round of the 2011-2012 NSW Championship Series was only a one day event down at Sydney Dragway on Sat 26th May, we had both cars in this series, the HQ Panel Van in Super Street and the HB Torana in Super Sedan.
One of our drivers Steve did some good Q1 and Q2 runs but red lit on the first race with a .005 light.
As for our main driver Marty in the HB Torana, he did really good Q runs but unfortunately going into race 3, the car died on the line after his burn out, we know now what happened the con rod broke in the motor. The Torana will be changing to a SBC 350 and hopefully will be ready for the next round on July 14th, as for the 308 it will end up back in the Panel Van somewhere in the future.
