Round 5 – East Coast MX Series

Round 5 started to look like a muddy one, after practice the track was shaping up ok.
Race 1– Got a great start with the holeshot and started to get a bit of a lead by lap 2. I kept on holding it flat through out the rest of the race and got a 1st.
Race 2– I came out of the gates in 3rd, chased down 2nd and then I got passed second and had to chase down 1st. I got 1st then came off and slipped back to about 5th, but got to 3rd by the end of that lap. I got 2nd on that lap then I had to hunt 1st back, battled with him on the last lap and got him on the inside of the last corner so I got 1st in that race.
Race 3– Got an alright start I was in third then got to first in the second corner, held a steady lead for the rest of the race.
With 3 wins for the day I felt great and I feel like my training is paying off.
Again thanks to Powerplus Racing Fuels for their support and I’m having a week off and then back to round 6 of the series at Lakes.
