Just an update on the Powerplus 99 fuel you supplied us for our last race meet. We attended the 40th Anniversary of the Central Coast Junior Motorcycle Club which was a 2 day event, 10-11 Nov.
Day 1 was dirt track, day 2 was flat track. Taylor was entered in 2 classes, the u16 250 four stroke and represented the same class in the teams event. We normally run pump 98 fuel but have been looking for a race fuel that was affordable and performed without too much fuss regarding engine tuning.
Taylor went out for 2 practice laps prior to racing and gave Powerplus 99 the thumbs up straight away. First comment was engine response off the start was sharper with extra pull through 2nd and 3rd. Corner exit speed was a marked improvement with more drive.
After 12 races Taylor managed four 3rds, four 4ths and four 5th places. The team he represented came third overall. The 2013 kx 250f responded well to Powerplus 99 and would more than recommend to other riders to try, (but maybe not to our competitors!).Many thanks
