RACE REPORT JY ROBERTS
ROUND 3 – EAST COAST MX SERIES – MAITLAND NSW
What a day of racing, very trying conditions and an absolute MUD Feast.
Race 1: I came out in race one and not a good start at all, goggles filled in with mud and no vision at all. By the 1st tabletop my goggles were off and racing with minimal vision. Came in 11th position.
Race 2: I set my self up for a better start and held it on to get around the first corner in 3rd position. This race the conditions were much worse but I held myself to a safe and steady pace and came in 2nd position.
Race 3: Called off due to the conditions.

Under all that mud is our incredibly talented grandson Jy Roberts. Go Jy boy. You make us so proud. . You must come back to Vanuatu some time to ride the track here again. Lots of people are waiting to see you ride again. They are still talking about the last time you rode in Vanuatu. Love from Vanuatu Pop and Charmaine
